With life coaching a majority of the session is about saying the quiet parts out loud. It's about having a safe space to say what is on your mind, heart, and spirit. It's about being honest and clear about what you feel and believe. It's also about finding an action step that you can begin today to rebuild your foundation of self-empowerment. It can be as simple as doing a 7-day self-care ritual or something more involved like taking time to learn how to be more assertive and facing the fear of letting go of an old personality defense mechanism like people pleasing.
